BC LAND SURVEYING

BC Land Surveying was started by two brothers, Thomas and William Billeter, who spent years working in the civil engineering field on land development and construction projects throughout Sonoma County. As professionals who relied on survey data for every critical project, they understood exactly what accurate, dependable surveying made possible. Starting a firm of their own, alongside other experienced professionals, was the natural next step. 



That background is what BC Land Surveying is built on. Our team includes licensed Professional Land Surveyors and field professionals with more than 80 years of combined experience working across Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties. We know the terrain, the local agencies, and what it takes to produce deliverables that actually move a project forward.
